About This Gym
HOTWORX Colleyville is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio at 4718 Colleyville Blvd, Suite 120, near Glade Rd. It’s a short drive from Grapevine, Bedford and North Richland Hills. Every workout happens inside an infrared sauna, led by an on-screen instructor. Pick a 15-minute HIIT session (Hot Cycle, Hot Blast or Hot Row) or a 30-minute isometric workout (Hot Yoga, Hot Pilates, Hot Barre, Hot Core, Hot Stretch, Hot Buns, Hot ISO, Hot Warrior or Hot Bands). You book sessions in the HOTWORX app and can set the heat, lighting and volume in your sauna. Sessions are unlimited for members. Many book two or three back to back, or pair an isometric workout with a HIIT session. Each sauna fits up to three people, so bring a friend or two and book the same time. Outside the saunas, the FX Zone has free weights, resistance bands, ropes and more for strength work. Lockers and a shower are on site. Members get 24/7 access. Memberships start at $59 a month, and Elite members can use any HOTWORX studio. Your first session is free: come in during staffed hours (Mon–Thu 11–8, Fri 9–6, Sat 9–2) and we’ll show you around and set you up.
